Contemporary guitarist, songwriter and producer Stelios K. developed an interest in music at an early age when he started playing guitar at the age of six. Born and raised in Cyprus, he has studied at the renowned Guitar Institute of Technology (GIT) in Los Angeles and the London College of Music. His self-titled release “You Are The One” is featured on the Jazz FM Records album “Driftin”, appearing alongside such soul and smooth jazz greats as Aaron Neville, Patti Austin, Dave Koz, Jeff Lorber and Rick Braun. Stelios has worked with a host of artists including Celine Dion, Leanne Rimes, Belinda Carlisle, Shalamar, Jason Donovan, X-Factor Band (Live Arena Tours), Rhydian, Beverley Knight, Julia Fordham, Rose Royce, Kenny Thomas, Adeva, Steve Brookstein, Journey South, Russell Courtenay (songwriter for Tina Turner), Livingston Brown (producer Maxi Priest, Wyclef), Michael Graves (producer Des’ree, Gabrielle, Robin Gibb). As the guitarist of a regular R&B/Soul night in London, he has backed artists including Joss Stone, Chaka Khan, Jocelyn Brown, Angie Brown, Kym Mazelle, Omar, Kele Le Roc, Shola Ama and Amy Winehouse.
